We were so happy with our choice to use Anthony from Lombardo Travels. We were traveling with our two young children to Turks and Caicos. My husband did not realize but was told as we were going through security that his passport was expired. We panicked! We did not have insurance on our vacation. We immediately called Anthony and he did his quick research to let us know we could get a new passport and travel with no penalty that same week. We were grateful to have him to speak to immediately, that response would have never happened so quickly with one of these online travel sites. He made a very stressful situation much more tolerable.
